CANCELLATION POLICIES<\/strong><\/div>

- ONE NIGHT PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH QUARTER CANCELLED (If you paid more than 1 night you will be charged 1 night + 20% of the rest of the deposit, this is a charge for administrative expenses).<\/div>

- IN CASE YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BEFORE THE END OF YOUR PAID STAY (early departure) NO REFUND WILL BE APPLIED FOR UNUSED NIGHTS.<\/div>

- IN CASE OF NO-SHOW ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A \"NO SHOW\" AND A PENALTY OF 1 NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED AS WELL AS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT. <\/div>

- IF YOU REDUCE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AT THE TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL, THE ROOM WILL RETAIN THE SAME RATE AT WHICH YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED IT.<\/div>
